Damon awoke as the first rays of the Saturday morning sun began creeping through the hotel room drapes. He smiled as he felt strong arms around his chest and a warm body to his back. Slowly the memories of the previous evening came into focus. While he enjoyed the evening, memories of his past begun to flood his mind, memories of a life he wanted to forget. But in the here and now he was content lying next to Jeff. He moved his hand to meet the one on his chest allowing their fingers to interlock. He lay content; enjoying the closeness of the other male body, feeling the heat emanating from the muscular body he has shared the bed with. And feeling peace in the rhythm of Jeff's breathing. Yet at the same time Damon knew his bladder was full. Damon was enjoying the closeness too much to wake the sleeping man next to him and instead was content to lay for a little longer. It had been a while since he had been in such intimate contact. And since he knew it may be a while before it would happen again he wished to savor every moment. While contemplating the next move or whether or not there would even be one he felt his lover coming to life.

Jeff awakened and suddenly realized his own urgent need to be relieved. He was barely conscience when he hopped out of bed and made a mad dash to the toilet. When Damon heard sound of Jeff's urine splashing into the toilet he slowly sat up, yawned and then attempted to wipe the sleep from his still tired eyes. He stayed put until he heard the last few drips then stood and meanders towards the bathroom to take his own turn in front of the porcelain guard.

He is almost to the bathroom when Jeff walked out. Jeff stopped, startled and just looked at Damon before he steps aside and allows him to pass, neither speaking. While Damon was tending to his morning business Jeff went back to and took position in the bed.

Once Damon is sufficiently drained he exited the bathroom to find Jeff lying naked on the bed. His legs were crossed, and his arms raised with his hands clasped just over his head, apparently deep in thought. Damon stood there for a moment taking in the beauty, wishing and hoping it would be more then a one night stand.

Jeff was thinking about what had happened. While it was not unusual for him to pick men up in a bar, it was not like him to have them spend the night. In his previous line of work it was much too risky to even exchange phone numbers. What would happen if someone on base found out? But that life was over, he was a civilian again and was free to do what he wanted, when he wanted and with whom he wanted. While he had to admit that the previous night was one of, if not the best sexual experiences in his life. He was confused as to his feelings. For the first time he found himself wanting to get to know this man better. But realistically, what's the point?

Jeff was so immersed in his thoughts that he didn't notice Damon creeping up to the bed until he felt the warm lips engulfing his penis, bringing the flaccid organ instantly to life. He spread his legs to allow Damon better access. In no time Jeff felt the familiar stirring in his groin indicating the impending orgasm. Reluctantly, he pulled Damon off his cock, bringing the wonderful sensation to an abrupt halt.

"Keep that up and I will shoot in no time." He said

"So?" Damon replied, releasing the hard penis from his mouth, and raising his eyes to look at Jeff.

"I thought you wanted to make it last."

"That was last night," Damon replied with a devilish grin.

Jeff motioned for Damon to join him at the top of the bed. Damon crawled up next to Jeff where they embrace in a short kiss which Jeff broke then flipped bringing him right above Damon's uncut cock in a sixty-nine position. Neither needed any further instruction and instinctively they both devoured the other man's dick. If the previous night they experienced passion, that morning it was pure animalistic lust. In a matter of minutes both men were releasing their loads into the other's eagerly awaiting mouth. As much as Damon wanted to pull off he was unable to and accepted the mouth full of Jeff's warm seed.

Jeff let Damon's rapidly deflating organ slip from his mouth and spun around to join in a kiss, allowing their love juices to mix as their tongues enjoyed a dance.

Jeff broke the kiss and said, "I'm hungry, wanna get some breakfast?"

"I though you just ate." Damon said.

"Yeah, I did," Jeff laughed as he rubbed Damon's chest. "But I need something more solid. Care to join me?"

The two dressed and Jeff followed Damon to a nearby Denny's. Conversation was light and cordial in the busy restaurant. Each wanted to find out more about the other, however was reluctant to give any more information about themselves then necessary. As the waitress left the check Jeff looked at his watch and commented that he really needed to head over to meet up with his family. Damon grabbed the check and insisted on paying. While he was waiting in line to pay the cashier Jeff made a quick exit.

"Oh well," Damon thought as he watched the Jeep pull out of the restaurant parking lot and onto the busy highway, "at least I got laid!" As he headed back to campus he was lost in thought about the events last twelve hours. He had only gone out because his best friend Josh had called and insisted they meet up. He had not planned on picking anybody up, much less someone as hot as what Jeff. And last but not least he had not planned on developing any feelings for anybody at this point in time. Yet, he could not get the image of Jeff out of his mind.

What finally shifted his thoughts away from Jeff was realizing how fun it was going to be explaining to his fraternity brothers where he had spent the night. Although they probably already assume he spent the night with his girlfriend, Jennifer. His thoughts turned sour when he realized the predicament he could be in he they've already talked to her. He sped up hoping to make it home before he was missed or she called looking for him. So far his secret life off campus remained a mystery to all but a couple of his school friends and he intended on keeping it that way. If they ever found out he was gay it would be the end of his life here.

Damon was barely out of his car when a couple buddies rushed towards him. He was expecting an inquisition, but instead they told him to hurry up and get ready; they had a race that day and were running late. He had completely forgotten about this previous engagement, and tried to get out of it. They weren't going to let him off that easily. They had already paid their entry fee and it had to be a four man team. Somewhat reluctantly he changed clothes and left with his friends.

After Jeff took a long hot shower he dressed and headed back to the Sorority house. This time, before he could get to the door his sister burst from the door and ran to meet him embracing him in a welcoming hug. He followed her into the house and was introduced him her sisters. They talked for over an hour just catching up. She asked about how it felt to be a free man again and commenting on how much he'd changed. He asked if she liked being a college student and how she enjoyed being a sorority girl. They both discussed their plans for the summer. She had completely forgotten about DJ, or that she even had a boyfriend. It was when Vicky that came in and asked if they was doing something that evening that the bolt of lightning struck. She called the fraternity house and found out that DJ had left town for the race and wasn't expected back until late afternoon. She was disappointed; she really wanted Jeff to meet DJ, she had a feeling they would get along. But those thoughts were soon forgotten, she was enjoying her visit with her brother to much to worry about anything else. Jeff had never been on campus before and was eager for the grand tour. It took a couple hours to see all the buildings and plazas. Jeff had always been an avid reader and was very impressed with the new state of the art library. He was sure that each floor contained more volumes then the whole library in their home town. He couldn't believe how the theater in the student commons was more advanced then the regular theater in their home town. He was more then impressed with what he was seeing. He was away in the Marines when she had visited campus as a senior in high school and decided on attending. He was impressed enough that he began thinking about attending school there himself as well. They visited the dining hall that Jeff likened to a food court at a mall with several choices. Jeff opted for Taco Bell while Sis had a salad. After lunch Jeff took the top down on the Jeep and they drove around town with Sis pointing out the sights and eventually ending up at the mall. Jeff was having a good time, but his thoughts kept returning to the previous night and Damon. He wished that Damon was here with them. He really wanted to tell her about Damon. But he wasn't quite ready to come out to anyone yet. But he knew that Jen would be the first on his list.

After the mall they headed back to campus where once again Jen called the frat house. And once again was told that DJ had not yet returned. She had a chapter meeting that evening and was hoping DJ could stay with Jeff while she was gone. She invited Jeff to the meeting, but being around a room full of Sorority Girls was not his idea of a good time. She tried to get out of the meeting but since she was a committee chairman and was supposed to submit a proposal she needed to be there. She offered that he could stay in her room, but he decided that if he was going to do that he might as well go back to the hotel. She walked him to his Jeep and the siblings hugged and said their goodbyes.

Jeff made his way through the early evening traffic to the hotel where he was able to park right in front of his door. He took the time to put the top up on his Jeep before going in. As he walked in the door he noticed a piece of paper taped to the mirror with a note:

"Jeff, call me at the office, Daniel."

Jeff couldn't help but to laugh. Daniel had to be the absolute last person he wanted to talk to. Tired from a combination of the day's activities and being up late the previous evening, he crashed on the bed. He wished he knew how to get hold of Damon, he really wanted to see him again before he left town. But in all the passion of the moment he never thought to exchange phone numbers. He fell asleep pondering the possibilities and slept for over an hour when he woke to a knock on the door.

Damon had hoped that the events of the day would help him to forget previous evening. But no matter how hard he tried to shake the memory of Jeff he just couldn't. The guys could tell something was up due to his lack of concentration. Or more correctly, that he was totally preoccupied. A couple of his teammates blamed Damon's daydreaming for them losing. During the whole two hour drive up, then back he was totally oblivious to conversations going on around him in his friend's SUV. And would only occasionally speak, and then in one or two word responses. He just sat with his head propped against the window, looking out, lost in his own little world.

"Dude, where've you been?" Chad dropped a magazine he was reading and removed his headphones when he Damon entered the room. A quick sniff let Damon know he had again been violating the campus ban on smoking inside buildings.

"We had the race today." Damon responded. He and his roommate were total opposites in every way imaginable. Chad was a stereotypical frat party boy who barely made passing grades. Damon merely tolerated him. But it gave him a good excuse to be out of the room, and house. Chad had a reputation of singing, very badly, to his music which he liked to listen to loud. And he liked to talk, constantly while others tried to study. Damon has strong suspicions that his being assigned to room with Chad must have been some sort of initiation.

"Like, DUH! I mean dude, you didn't come home last night, she musta been real good." Chad flashed Damon a wink of approval.

Understanding the meaning behind his roommates inquiry Damon looked at him, smiled and said "wouldn't you like to know," before taking off his shirt and tossing it on his hamper. A habit he wished would have rubbed off on Chad.

"Well, if it was your girl, you'd better call her dude; she's called here several times looking for you, sounds real pissed."

"Shit." Damon really didn't want to think about her. He has too many other things on his mind. Well, one at least. Suddenly the idea of having a girlfriend on the side didn't seem like that great of an idea.

"OH," Chad said as if an afterthought, "that Josh dude called for you." He paused, not sure if he wanted to go on. "Dude, I know he's married and all, but I really think he's a fag."

"Josh is just Josh, that's all." Damon snapped. This was not the first time that he had to defend his best friend and he knew it would not be the last. This has been a concern of his as long as he has been hanging out with Josh. He knew that sooner or later the truth will probably come out, married or not, Josh is the type of person who causes pings on even the weakest gaydar. Damon has also heard comments about his friend's marriage to Michelle. People who have met the slightly effeminate guy and butch woman have pondered who the husband was and who the wife in that relationship was. Damon knew he may have to deal with the consequences if the truth ever becomes known, after all if nothing else he would be guilty by association. He just wasn't ready to out himself yet.

"Dude, I don't care if he likes to suck dick. He just better not is offering to suck mine."

"I don't think you have anything to be worried about," Damon said as he grabbed a towel. "I'm going to hit the shower; I'll call them back in a bit." Of course the meaning behind his comment was that he knew that Josh had no interest in Chad, whom he referred to as a ditzy breeder.

After calling the Chi Omega house and getting no answer Damon dialed his best friend's number.

"It's about time you check in bitch." Josh seldom answered the phone with the traditional 'hello.' He never answered unless a name he knew showed up on Caller ID. And then just started speaking. After being friends with Josh for almost three years Damon was finally getting used to it.

"So how was he?"

"Who are you to ask bitch, look at that hunk you left with," Josh snapped back. "I'm sure that butch thang was much more interesting then stubby."

"Stubby?"

"Miss Thang had possibly the smallest weenie I've ever seen. You know I am not a size queen, but Deej I don't want something that's just going to slip off my tongue." He could hear Damon laughing on the other end of the line. "He wanted to fuck me, but I've taken shits that have tickled my prostate more then he could have."

"Poor thing, you should have seen what I just saw in the shower." Damon quickly changed the subject.

"Do tell girlfriend, to tell."

"Brian Flynn."

"Oh God, I'd love to slide my tongue all over that man's hot body I am so jealous. Speaking of jealous, how was your night."

"Not bad, but this morning was better."

"Morning? You know I saw him first."

"But I had him."

"And?"

"I am so much in love."

"I would probably say lust, what's saw we grab a sandwich and talk about our dates."

"How about Subway in," Damon says looking at his watch, "thirty minutes."

"I'll be there."

Damon hung up and immediately dialed Jen's number, this time he got an answer. But found out that Jen was in a Meeting. He dressed and met with Josh.

"So, details." Josh said prodding his best friend.

"Are you sure you want to know?"

"Not really, but considering my date I need a pick me up."

"I don't think I've been with anybody that has made me feel as good as he did."

"Gee, that's not saying much, you've been with what, four guys in the last year." Josh rips the paper off one end of his straw and blows, projecting the remainder of the paper covering hitting Damon right between the eyes.

"Three," Damon responds picking up the paper and throwing it back at Josh.

"I don't know how you can be so celibate, if I get it less then three times a week I'm going crazy."

"Different strokes my friend."

"Yeah, I bet you do a lot of stroking." Josh makes the obvious hand motion bringing a smile from his friend. "I know I would living in that house with two dozen hot fraternity boys."

"I just don't get into casual sex."

"Yeah, I know, you want it to mean something," Josh interrupted. "Whatever." They both take a bite from their sandwiches. Josh wanted to say something about last night and casual, but opted not to touch that, or bring up Damon's past.

"Josh," Damon says, "I guess that at twenty-two I'm over just having sex. I want a boyfriend, somebody I can wake up with and know how he likes his coffee, as opposed to what was his name."

"I guess if I had been cruising Cherokee Park since I was thirteen I would be that way too." Josh said, rolling his eyes.

"Sixteen," Damon corrected him. "And that has something to do with it."

"So what did he have hanging?" Josh said changing the subject.

"What?" Damon was caught off guard, but expected a question like that from Josh. "Let's just say he had his two scoops." Damon responded smiling.

"Come on girlfriend, we've never keep details from each other. I already told you what I had I had last night. I think a roll of Lifesavers is bigger."

Damon laughed. "Come on."

"Seriously!" Josh responded.

"I take it you were top man?"

"Yes, and actually enjoyed it."

"Really? Imagine that!"

"Talk about getting fucked, I know how you like it, and considering you ain't walking funny I guess he wasn't that big either."

"Why do you always want to make me a bottom?" Damon had a bit of irritation in his voice.

"Don't give me this versatile bullshit; I don't see how anybody can say that honestly. I've been with lots of guys and they all honestly fall into one category or the other."

"Yeah, whatever."

"So, are you seeing him again?" Josh knew his friend well enough to know when to change the subject."

"I don't know."

"Come on, a little bit ago you said you was in love."

"I know, but we didn't make any plans."

"Then make some, isn't he from Chicago or something?"

"Effingham."

"What's the difference, once you cross into Illi-NOISE it's all the same." Josh says, purposely mispronouncing the name of the state.

"You know they hate it when you call it that."

"Isn't your beard from Illi-noise?"

"Don't call her that, yes."

"I wonder if they know each other, wouldn't that be something."

"You've got an over active imagination my friend."

"So what does he do?" Once again Josh takes a turn of the conversation.

"He works at a poultry processing plant."

"Yech, why would anybody want to smell like chicken guts all the time?"

"I guess a job is a job."

"Well, what else?"

"What else what?"

"Let me see, his name is Jeff, he's in town visiting relatives but staying in a hotel and going out to a gay bar. He lives in Bum-fuck and plays with dead birds for a living. What else do you know about him?"

"He's incredibly good looking with a body to match."

"Now you're sounding like me Mary." Josh interrupted.

"He also has an incredible smile and piercing blue eyes."

"I didn't notice, I was looking a little lower."

"He wears briefs, love's 80's music, sci-fi movies and reads in his spare time."

"Oh, god, you are in love. But just what I need, another Star Trekkie." Josh was rolling his eyes. This was a subject he and Damon usually avoided.

"He drinks his coffee black, likes his eggs scrambled and by the way, the correct term is Trekker."

"Whatever, When's the wedding?"

"I just wish I knew when I was seeing him again." Damon said solemnly.

"Well, what was his plans for today, or tonight?"

"He was supposed to hook up with his family."

"And."

"We didn't discuss anything further."

"That's it?" Josh raised his voice in surprise.

"Well, he wasn't really offering much information."

"Did you ask?"

"No, you know I can't do that."

"Don't ask, don't find out."

"I was finding out things. I just didn't want to seem too nosy."

"Look, my friend. You know I'm not in to this mushy mushy lovey dovey husband crap. But, if you're interested you need to go for it."

"What do you mean?"

Josh leans over the table and gets in Damon's face wanting to make a point. "Do I need to hit you over the head with a skillet? He's only in town for the weekend; he at least has family here so he may or not be back, if you want to get something going to need to get it before he leaves." Then sitting back in his own seat, "besides, if the feeling is mutual it may give him an incentive to visit his, u-hum, family, more often."

"Oh."

"Oh is right, if you want to see him again you need to do it while he's here, in town, find out if there is anything to pursue. Then you can invite me to the wedding, I look good in a tux. But the real question is, when are you going to move over to the farm and start stroking chickens?"

"One step at a time mein freunde."

"Oh, God, I remember that from last night, see that something else in common, that Nazi language stuff."

They left Subway and went their own ways. Josh invited Damon over, he didn't have any plans other then to be a couch potato. But Damon said he was going to walk around and think.

* * *

Damon wasn't nervous until he pulled into the lot of the Knight's Inn and saw the familiar Jeep. He parked in front of the room that he went into last night with the man he now desired to see again. He pulled into a parking spot and sat in idle for a couple minutes looking at the door. To say he was nervous was an understatement. He has a whole army of butterflies in his stomach as he contemplated the many "what ifs" that were floating around in his mind.

"What if he's not here, that's crazy his Jeep is here. Well he could have walked somewhere, or rode with someone else. Or his family could have came and picked him up. What if he has someone in the room with him right now? After all he is hot and everyone in the club was after him last night, especially that guy who works here. What if he's not interested in me? What if as far as he is concerned I was a one night stand while he is visiting town and has no desire or intentions of ever seeing me again? What if he gets pissed that I dropped in? What if he is interested but my stopping by makes me look too interested and turns him off? Damn, there are just too many what ifs."

As his old friend Harold would say, "You can't live life for the what-ifs." And he was right. Nervously he turned off the ignition, and went over. He raised his hand to knock, and stopped before his fist hit the door. He stared at the door for what seemed like an eternity then turned and walked back to his car.

"What am I doing?" he though. At that time the only 'what if' he was concerned about was what if Jeff is there, and is waiting for him and they fall madly in bed together. With that last though he turned around and went back and lightly knocked on the door. He waited a few seconds; nothing. He raised he hand to knock again but lost his courage again then turned to go back to his car.

* * *

Jeff was startled out of his siesta by a knocking on the door. He lay in the bed for a few seconds wondering who it could be. The thought came to his mind that is was probably Daniel from the front desk and he really didn't want to deal with him again; he was so annoying last night, practically stalking him. But he knew he needed to get it over with, Daniel was the kind of person who wasn't going to give up. He at least had a way out, he was sure that Daniel going into a guest room was against policy. Something Daniel would have to have done in order to leave the message. Jeff figured he would confront Daniel and tell him to stay away or he will report him to the manager. He got up and went to open the door. Nobody was there. As he stepped out on the walkway and looked in either direction. Then just as he was about to close the door, he saw the blue Volkswagen Jetta with Kentucky license plates puling away. His heart skipped a beat as he recognized the car. Jeff ran across out to the parking lot chasing the car waving his arms. He didn't want him to get away again.

Damon decided on the 'safe' approach. He decided that he would go to the club again that night. If Jeff showed up he would let him make the first move. If Jeff either didn't show, or did but didn't speak to him that would be his sign to forget him and move on with life. He was just pulling out onto the street when he noticed something in the rear view mirror. It was someone running after him, it was Jeff! Damon slammed on the brakes squealing the tires to a stop and hit the button to roll down the window.

Jeff ran to the driver's side, stopped and placed his hands on the frame and looked down into the car at Damon.

"I'm sorry," Damon said looking up at Jeff.

"What do you have to be sorry for?" Jeff asked with a confused look.

"I guess I bothered you?"

"No way, I wasn't doing anything except lying down, had a busy day."

"Oh, family wear you out?"

"I guess," Jeff broke a smile. "I think I was already worn out before the day started." He reached in and gave Damon a playful slap to the side of the face.

"Me too, had a hard time concentrating today."

"Not me, I was concentrating on you and hoping I would see you again."

"Really?"

"You sound surprised."

"Sorry." A van pulled up behind them and honked, they was blocking the drive.

"You need to quit being sorry, wanna come in?"

"Definitely."

As Jeff backed away from the car so Damon could turn around he looked up and saw Daniel looking out the office window. Luckily the van driving by broke their eye contact long enough for Jeff to turn and walk back towards his room. He had more important things to do then worry about Daniel.

Once they were in the room and had the door closed Jeff pulled Damon in for a kiss. "I'm so glad you stopped by. I was hoping I would get to see you again." He said and then pulled Damon into a tighter embrace. They moved over slowly, while kissing with their arms around each other until they fall on the bed. "I had such a good time last night."

"Me too."

"I thought about you all day, my sister kept wanting me to meet her boyfriend, all I could think of wanting her to meet mine."

This brought a slight blush to Damon's face. He was honestly flattered knowing that he had been the topic of somebody else's conversation and was amazed at how quickly a turn of events could occur. Minutes earlier he wasn't sure if Jeff would want to see him again and now he's referring to him as boyfriend. Damon couldn't be happier as they lay on the bed just kissing and cuddling. They both had raging hard-ons but just cuddling felt so right. As far as they both were concerned they might as well be in Heaven.

It was Jeff that after almost an hour of being in a constant embrace who broke the silence. "So, what do you want to do?"

"Oh, I don't care. Rape you, or get raped by you, whatever you want."

"You can't rape the willing."

"We could pretend."

"We have all night for that." Jeff said after several more minutes of kissing. "I don't want to ruin the mood, but I want to get to know you a bit better?"

"Oh, God. I am such a boring person."

"I doubt that."

"I am, just ask Josh."

"And what does Josh know?"

"He probably knows me better than anybody, inside and out. He's probably the only person that knows both my gay side, and my straight acting frat boy side."

"You're a frat boy? You didn't say anything about that, just that you were a Finance major." This was a surprise for Jeff. He leaned up on his elbow so that he was able to look down onto Damon.

"I have to leave some surprises don't I?"

"Maybe I should get the gossip about you from Josh then."

"I'm sure he could give you lots of it. Some of it may even be true."

"So have you and he ever......?"

"NO!" Damon said bluntly. "I met him when I first came to town; he used to come up to Louisville and cruise the parks, the slut that he is. We had a mutual friend who told me to look him up when I came here to go to school. Well since I was going to be in a new town and didn't know any gay people here, or even where gay people go I took advantage and gave him a call. We met, at a Subway." Damon chuckled to himself remembering that he had just left Josh at the very same restaurant. "And have been best friends ever since. But you know, in three years I don't think we've ever even shook hands much less have sex."

"Hmm, I feel privileged, I've done both." Jeff said thinking aloud.

"When did you have sex with Josh?" Damon said with eyes wide open in fake surprise.

"Don't turn things around on me!" Jeff laughed. "Not Josh silly, you." Jeff pointed his index finger and placing it on Damon's chest.

"Oh." Damon replied, "thank goodness." The both stare into each other's eyes for what seemed like an eternity. Damon reached over and caressed Jeff's side. They slowly bring themselves together and meet in a kiss. Jeff lowered himself so the two men were lying on the bed chest touching chest. Both men had his arms around the other one in a loving embrace. Kissing occasionally but otherwise just enjoying being with the other.

"I hate to break this moment but I really need to hit the litter box." Jeff said as he broke the kiss and rolled off the bed.

Damon sat up on the edge of the bed as Jeff goes into the bathroom. "So I take it you're a cat person? As much as Damon was tempted to follow and see if he needed any help he opted to remain on the bed."

Jeff finished his job zipped and returns to the main area. "Yeah, we have always had them around the house."

"Cool" Damon replied.

"So, do you have any plans for the rest of the evening?" Jeff asked.

"None I can think of," was Damon's response.

"Good," Jeff said as he pushed Damon back onto the bed and grabbed him in an embrace. "So," he paused as he let his hand go under Damon's shirt and felt the treasure trail as it snaked up his abdomen. "Would you like to stay the night again?"

"Would you like me to?" Damon asked, giving his best sad puppy dog look.

"I'll lock the door if you try to leave."

"Hmmmm."

Any other response Damon may have had was silenced by Jeff's lips meeting his.
