Dedication: This one is squarely dedicated to: (endless faith, endless love, and endless coffee) Preface: I have been all over the world, seen many different wonders, trial and trivialities of humanity. My hope is that this will eventually make me a better writer; I know it had contributed greatly to my personal development. This book was delayed, primarily by a robbery in Russia. My notes were taken at a rather obscene hour of the night. However a little good fortune, and the great support of my family and my Editor have allowed me to pick up and finish this book. There is one key piece of advice I can find from writing this, and that is 'just go'. No one ever did anything by just sitting and waiting for it to happen, the world doesn't stop.
